Refunds
Refunds before your order is dispatched
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before we send it out, please notify us as soon as possible. Once an item has been dispatched, we will not offer a refund.
We will refund using the method you originally used to pay for the order.
Replacements
Our spore syringes have been made in the most sterile conditions possible. A contamination appearing in a product before you have used it will be extremely rare but if you do have any concerns, we will require photos to be sent and if we agree on a contamination being present before use, we will replace any affected products.
We will send you a replacement for any damaged product you receive. We require this to be reported to us within 7 days after we dispatch your order.
Please check for damage on arrival and report to us within 7 days. We cannot help otherwise.
Cancellations
For cancellations: We will do our best to cancel your order but if it has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
Returns
These products are aseptically prepared biological items and as such, they are classified as perishable under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) and the Consumer Rights Act (2015) and are exempt from return. The reason for this policy is that we cannot restock these items for resale. We appreciate your understanding on this.
